"(《世界人权宣言》) GOLD++ Leadership Journey is a yearlong development experience for Operation Leaders, running from early February to the end of January the following year. This Christ-centered program is designed to cultivate lifelong growth and empower leaders to develop the next generation. Participants dedicate up to four hours per week—ideally setting aside a half day weekly—for focused reading, writing, studying, and learning to maximize their progress.

The journey features four transformative modules, that focus on key areas of leadership development:

• Heart of a Leader: Spiritual Leadership.
• Multicultural Organization Leadership: Organizational Leadership.
• Intergenerational Capacity Leadership: Interpersonal Competency.
• Movement Building Leadership: Professional Competency.
