OpsFC Orientation
This course is designed to equip emerging leaders in operations with essential skills, knowledge, and spiritual grounding for impactful ministry. Participants will explore a broad range of topics vital to their role, including foundational concepts in operations, strategic vision, and the global direction of operations.
The curriculum covers:
- Introduction and Vision for Operations: Understand the mission and vision driving global operations, including a strong spiritual foundation that supports impactful work.
- Role-Specific Development: Learn to navigate job responsibilities, leadership frameworks, and personal development strategies that support growth within an operational context.
- Team and Leadership Dynamics: Gain insights into building and leading effective operations teams, fostering collaboration with National Leadership, and developing a strategic approach to planning and policy.
- Core Operational Skills: Build expertise in financial management, information technology, data sharing, legal compliance, and field support to meet diverse field needs.
Each module includes practical tools and approaches, preparing participants to serve confidently and effectively in their roles as leaders in operations.
