Orientaci\u00f3n OpsFC para jefes de operaciones<\/b><\/h3>\nVisi\u00f3n general<\/b>\n<\/b>En <\/span>Orientaci\u00f3n OpsFC<\/b> equipa a los L\u00edderes de Operaciones nuevos y emergentes con habilidades esenciales, conocimientos y una base espiritual para un ministerio impactante dentro de Campus Crusade. Dise\u00f1ado para <\/span>L\u00edderes nacionales de OpsFC<\/b>, Este curso en l\u00ednea a su propio ritmo es m\u00e1s eficaz con el apoyo de un tutor.<\/span>\n\nEstructura e impartici\u00f3n del curso<\/b>\n

  • El curso consta de <\/span>cuatro m\u00f3dulos<\/b> que cubren temas operativos clave.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • Es <\/span>no es una formaci\u00f3n presencial<\/b> pero puede estudiarse en l\u00ednea, de forma independiente o con tutor\u00eda.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nEl papel del entrenador<\/b>\n<\/b>Como entrenador, deber\u00e1s <\/span>gu\u00eda y apoyo<\/b> el proceso de aprendizaje, ayudando a los l\u00edderes a aplicar las ideas clave a sus funciones.
