GOLD++

The GOLD++ Leadership Journey is a yearlong development experience for Operations Leaders and select GOLD graduates, running from early February to the end of January the following year. This Christ-centered program is designed to cultivate lifelong growth and empower leaders to develop the next generation. Participants dedicate up to four hours per week—ideally setting aside a half day weekly—for focused reading, writing, study, and learning to maximize their progress.

The journey features four transformative modules, facilitated by experienced leaders, that focus on key areas of leadership development:

• Heart of a Leader: Spiritual Leadership.
• Multicultural Organization Leadership: Organizational Leadership.
• Intergenerational Capacity Leadership: Interpersonal Competency.
• Movement Building Leadership: Professional Competency.
