OpsFC Orientation for Ops Leaders

Overview The OpsFC Orientation course equips new and emerging Operations Leaders with essential skills, knowledge, and a spiritual foundation for impactful ministry within Campus Crusade. Designed for National OpsFC Leaders, this self-paced online course is most effective with coaching support. Course Structure & Delivery
  • The course consists of four modules covering key operational topics.
  • It is not a face-to-face training but can be studied online, independently or with coaching.
The Coach’s Role As a coach, you will guide and support the learning process, helping leaders apply key insights to their roles. Assignments range from Bible studies to implementing new procedures.
  • Work together to set a pace and schedule for the course.
  • Encourage practical application based on the leader’s needs.
Coaching Calls Regular calls (via Zoom, Meet, etc.) help discuss key learnings. You are a guide, not an expert, fostering a “learning together” approach. Focus on:
  • Learning objectives – Were they met?
  • Relevance – What was useful? What wasn’t?
  • Key takeaways – What had the greatest impact?
  • Understanding – What areas need more support?
  • Assignments – What was completed? What was learned?
