Designed for <\/span>National OpsFC Leaders<\/b>, this self-paced online course is most effective with coaching support.<\/span>\n\nCourse Structure & Delivery<\/b>\n

  • The course consists of <\/span>four modules<\/b> covering key operational topics.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • It is <\/span>not a face-to-face training<\/b> but can be studied online, independently or with coaching.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe Coach\u2019s Role<\/b>\n<\/b>As a coach, you will <\/span>guide and support<\/b> the learning process, helping leaders apply key insights to their roles. Assignments range from Bible studies to implementing new procedures.<\/span>\n
