I find that coaching is such a great investment into the lives of others and takes little prep. There seems to be an outsized impact to the coachee that I think needs to be told more.
Coaching was a revelation to me on why we do it. I remember Aaron reasoned that often the operational leaders are known as the “know-it-alls”. But we don’t want to be the source of knowledge and expertise. We want to help other people come up with their own action plan and solutions on their own.
